Tools Required:

circular saw

screw gun

square

level

tape measure

pencil

rasp for easing edges

shovel

post hole digger

eye/ear protection

General Dimensions:

The top is 36" wide by 54" long.

The bench is 32" high, the seats are 14" from the ground, making this

a very comfortable position for precision bench rest shooting.

Shooting Bench Details:

The bench accommodates both right and left hand shooters. It is anchored

in the ground 9", but only with dirt backfilled around the post to ease

portability if it ever needs to be moved. The bench is rock steady, even

without concrete anchoring, as the 6x6 legs add significant stability.

The minimum use of supports means easy ingress and egress from the

shooting position, (no skinned knees from rapping your legs against

cumbersome supports!)
